At Starlight, we emphasize skill development, participation, good sportsmanship, teamwork and fun. Since we run our girls and boys athletics programs like a sports camp, we focus on individual skill growth through instruction and team play. Campers are given instruction in individual and team sports, and each camper is placed on a specific college league team to give them a chance to practice their skills throughout the summer. Campers who would like a more competitive sports camp type of experience may also play against other summer camps in Wayne County and Invitational Tournaments.
